20-1934-XX  YFZ450 WATER REPELLENT AIRBOX COVER KIT

1.          Prepare the area around top where Velcro is to be applied (Fig. 1 & 2) by lightly sanding and

        then wiping clean with a rubbing alcohol dampened rag.(Some may prefer removing the airbox

        for kit installation but it is not necessary.)

2.          Cut and install supplied adhesive Velcro, the thin strip goes on area shown in   fig. 2. (Allow

        24 hours for Velcro adhesive to fully bond to plastic)

3.          Position the Outerwears cover on the airbox and push down firmly all the way around to assure

        a good seal. (Fig. 3 & 4)

    Depending on usage the water repellency of the cover should last about 1 year. The best cleaner to use

    is Outerwears, Inc. PRE-FILTER CLEANER which has been specially formulated to preserve the water

    repellent finish on the material.
